The United Torah Judaism Party (UTJ) has issued a clarification message following reports that it is conducting a quiet negotiation with Blue & White.
"There is no change and no coalition negotiations are underway. The faction is part of the right-wing bloc headed by Prime Minister Netanyahu, the party's statement said.
