Moriah Development Corporation Acting Director Yoel Even has been appointed Jerusalem City Engineer.
Mayor Moshe Leon congratulated Even: "The role of the city engineer is very significant and essential, certainly for our city, which has been in the most intense and powerful building we have known for decades. Yoel faces many challenges, and I am convinced that he will do his job."
