An indictment was filed against a 34-year-old Kfar Qasem resident for theft of thirteen vehicles in the central region.
According to the indictment, the man was given a list containing the details of the vehicles, including license numbers, ignition codes, chassis numbers, and addresses where the vehicles may be found.
