The firefighter's sanctions could lead to cancellation of the Selichot prayers scheduled for tomorrow and Saturday night at Sultan's Pool in Jerusalem.
Firefighter organization head Avi Ankri said: "We apologize to the believing public who wished to attend the event, but unfortunately we're forced to take organizational steps to stop harm to the firefighters. Despite the sanctions, we continue to answer every call that comes to our emergency centers, whether it's saving lives or saving property."
