Likud and Blue and White negotiating teams began the meeting scheduled for this morning, after no progress was made on Friday.
The meeting is being held in the shadow of the Likud's announcement last night that the Prime Minister is preparing to return the President's mandate if progress is not made in negotiations to establish a unity government in the spirit of President Rivlin's outline.
