US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced that the United States has imposed sanctions on two Russian entities that supplied fuel to Syria. Pompeo said the Assad government used chlorine gas as a chemical weapon in a May 19 attack in the Idlib district, in which at least 150 people were killed.
