The Haifa District Court has sentenced David Rosh of Tiberias to four-and-a-half years in prison for the death of Nidal Hamza in a 2016 accident.
Rosh was driving against the direction of traffic while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Haifa's Krayot suburbs, until he hit Hamza's vehicle.
