Chairman Arnon Bar-David of the Histadrut Labor Federation has called on Member of Knesset Amir Peretz and the Labor-Gesher Party to negotiate with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and the Likud Paty.
A former Histadrut chairman, Peretz has stated on a number of occasions that he won't sit in a Netanyahu government. Interviewed by Galei Tzahal radio, Bar-David said, "There is too much disqualification in the political system. If Blue and White can sit with the Likud, then Amir Peretz can also hear what they have to offer."
