Interior Minister Gilad Erdan (Likud) referred to the end of the hunger strike by Hamas terrorists imprisoned in Israel.
"It is my clear policy that no terrorist hunger strikes should bring them any achievements, so I instructed them not to negotiate with the terrorists and this policy once again proved itself like in the case of the mass hunger strike that Barghouti led two years ago."
"Cellular barriers will be installed in all security prisons and we will continue to work to reduce the conditions under which terrorists are held to the minimum required by law," Erdan said.
