At a meeting convened by Histadrut Chairman Arnon Bar-David about the crisis at Pelephone, the parties reached principles and understandings that will form the basis of an agreement.
The Histadrut also stated that alongside formulating an agreed retirement and streamlining plan, it was decided to cancel the hearings for all employees summoned for a process before the holiday, and to retract the decision to close the organizational unit to which they belong. In accordance with the summary, organizational measures will immediately be discontinued and employees will return to regular work.
