In an interview with CBSNews Iranian Foriegn Minister Javad Zarif, claimed that Israel had attacked the Iraqi military, saying:
"These militias that you talk about (That Israel attacked) are part of the Iraqi government. The Israelis are attacking parts of Iraqi military, official military.”
