A man who illegally broke into the track area at the Tel Aviv Hashalom Station was apparently hit by a passing train.
Emergency crews from Israel Railways, police and MDA are on site and are treating the wounded individual.
For the time being, the western Negev track (Raanana-Beersheva) passing through the station will be closed to traffic. Trains traveling on the western Negev line will end their journey north of the Tel Aviv Savidor Central Station, and south of the Tel Aviv Haganah Station. Passengers on these trains will changetrains at these stations.
In addition, trains on the Beit Shemesh-Netanya line will begin and end their journey north of the Tel Aviv Haganah Station.
