The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office has informed the attorney of a 17-year-old boy, suspected of causing the death of Ari Nesher by negligence, that it was decided to close the case against him.
The Prosecutor's Office said, "The decision was made after considering a wide range of aspects and considerations pertaining to the event, some related to the ability to prove the basics of the offense and some to consider the minor's age and personal circumstances and the probation service opinion in his case."
