The Southern District Prosecutors Office submitted indictments to the Be'er Sheva' District Court on Monday, charging four Hamas terrorists with a number of security fences. According to the indictments, the four were involved in rioting along the border starting in 2016 and launched dozens of explosives balloons and arson kites at Israel. They allegedly planned armed infiltrations into Israel with the aim of not being returned to Gaza and were arrested on August 30 after getting past the security fence, armed with knives and a spray grenade.
