Chairman Ayman Odeh of the Joint List of predominantly Arab parties wrote on Twitter, Monday, "In the previous Knesset, we signed 65 Members of Knesset to support an inter-office program to fight against violent crime [in the Arab sector] while [Public Security Minister Gilad] Erdan signed loyalty statements to [Prime Minister Binyamin] Netanyahu. I will remind you that, for months, Minister Erdan has been preventing the acting [police] commissioner from meeting with the elected representatives of Arab society. A poor summary of the failed term of office of a minister who was not worthy of being elected to an adjudication committee."

Odeh was responding to Erdan's words that "as long as Ayman Odeh, Ahmed Tibi and their friends do not view weapons possessers as criminals - the revolution will not be completed."
