The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court ordered the eviction of an Arab family from a home in the Silwan neighborhood of the city.
The house was declared an absentee property in the late 1980s and transferred to the KKL. In 2011, a ruling was issued for evacuation and proceedings continued. Now, after several of the family members passed away, an order was given to evacuate the home within 3 months.
The family announced that it would appeal, according to Kan news.
