During the Shas Party's faction meeting on Sunday, newly-re-elected United Torah Judaism Member of Knesset Yitzhak Pindrus surprised the chairman of the movement, Minister Aryeh Deri, and thanked him in front of those in attendance.
"Thanks to 15,000 Shas votes, I entered the Knesset," Pindrus told Deri, referring to the surplus-vote agreement between Shas and UTJ, signed on the eve of the elections.
