The Joint List of predominantly Arab parties has voted to recommend to President Reuven Rivlin that Blue and White Party Chairman Benny Gantz be given the task of forming the next ruling coalition.
Yediot Ahronot reports the Balad faction did not agree and its members won't be part of the delegation that goes to the President's Residence.
