Attorney Ram Caspi of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's defense team denied on Sunday that the possibility of a plea bargain or amnesty on corruption allegations was raised directly or indirectly during consultations.

A statement on Caspi's behalf said, "After examining the results of the investigations, attorney Caspi believes there is solid evidence and legal arguments to contradict and modify the writ of suspicions and they will be presented at the [pre-indictment] hearing."
