400 kg of meat were found under the car seats at the Hizma crossing

Border Police on Thursday found 400 kilograms of meat hidden under car seats at the Hizma checkpoint in northern Jerusalem. This is meat that is spoiled but was on its way to stores in Israel.

The driver, an Arab resident of East Jerusalem, was arrested for questioning by the Border Police. The meat and his vehicle were confiscated.
