Police arrested a 23-year-old from the southern Hevron Hills Palestinian Authority village of Yatta on suspicion of forgery and fraud.
He allegedly impersonated a construction company owner and cashed checks for hundreds of thousands of shekels. The investigation file moved on Thursday to the Southern District Prosecutor's Office, which intends to file an indictment and seek detention until the end of legal proceedings against the suspect.
