A member of the precinct committee in the Lower Galilee village of Kaukab Abu al-Hija (Kaukab) was detained for questioning on Tuesday, after the polling-place secretary told the police officer posted at the scene that a member of the polling committee photographed the polling protocol in violation of the law.
The suspect was detained for questioning and the phone on which the protocol was taken was confiscated.
