An International Atomic Energy Agency official has told the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation that the agency has so far refrained from blaming Iran for violating the nuclear agreement - for fear that such an accusation would "blow up the agency's discourse opposite Iran, the discourse that still exists."
The official added that the fact that a senior agency official visited Tehran last week shows that "the agency could no longer sweep things under the rug."
