Shas Party Chairman Aryeh Deri said, Monday afternoon, "We are in the final hours of the campaign. From what I have seen now - I have sat for hours analyzing all the findings of what is in the field, mine and Shas and other parties - as it looks now, Shas is going to sit in the opposition."

Speaking at the party's Jerusalem regional headquarters, Deri explained, "The rightist bloc does not have [a majority] 61 [Knesset seats]. Probably a secular government of [Blue and White's Benny] Gantz, [Yair] Lapid and [Yisrael Beytenu's Avigdor] Liberman will be formed with the support of the Arabs. The Likud may join this unity government."
