Following a call to the national police hotline, officers were dispatched to the Sapir (Hashalom) Interchange of Highway 2, where a woman in her sixties from Netanya was driving a buggy (Kalno'it in Hebrew) on the shoulder against southbound traffic.
The woman in her 60s who was frightened and confused, apparently entered the highway by accident. The police brought her and the buggy back to Netanya.
