Jerusalem: Teen arrested for indecent acts against a 6-year-old

Police have arrested boy from Jerusalem about the age of 14 on suspicion of committing an indecent act on a six-year-old boy.

After questioning, the suspect was released to house arrest under restrictive conditions.
