In a post on Twitter, Dutch Foreign Minister Stef Blok said that the UN Human Rights Council unfairly singles out Israel, writing:
"Israel is treated by the Human Rights Council in an unacceptable and disproportionate way. The Netherlands has been saying this for years. All countries should be held against the same objective yardstick. The Netherlands once again argued for this in the Human Rights Council in Geneva."
