The Teachers Union is responded to the OECD report released this morning (Tuesday) on the education system.
"Government ministries must wake up and allocate significant resources to teaching staff, students and the entire education system in Israel."
"Teachers' wages must be raised significantly and promptly. The government must act quickly to reduce children class sizes and invest in reducing gaps between the periphery and the center. The government needs to understand that a nations human capital is measured in its children's education and good education costs money," they said.
