Haredim 10 reported that the High Court has rejected the appeal by Yigal Amir who murdered Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin to use the telephone. This comes after Yigal Amir had his phone privileges revoked after he was recorded calling the Israeli Rapper "The Shadow" with the intention to start a political party.
