Yamina chairwoman and former Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked responded to the High Court ruling that approved the Cabinet's decision to hold bodies for negotiations.
"I applaud the High Court's decision that fixed an erroneous ruling," Shaked said. "The State of Israel has the constitutional and moral right not to return to Hamas the bodies of its terrorists until the bodies of our soldiers Hadar Goldin and Oron Shaul are returned."
Shaked further added: "The ruling was passed by a majority of 4 vs. 3 judges, proving how important it is to appoint a High Court of Justices with a conservative and balanced view."
