A Jerusalem Arab has been indicted for his role in the August 15th stabbing of a policeman next to the Chain Gate (Shaar Hashalshelet in Hebrew) in Jerusalem's Old City.
According to the indictment, the defendant drew a knife with a 15cm/six-inch blade on officers who were guarding the location and stabbed one of them in the shoulder before the victim pushed him away. A 15-year-old using a knife with a 13cm/five-inch allegedly stabbed the officer in the upper body before both terrorists were shot by other officers.
