Meretz' Mossi Rez apologized to the civilian security officer of Karni Shomron today for posting a picture of him with a weapon aimed at two Muslims during an attack.
"Before Yom Kippur, I'd like to apologize to Yair Trabelsi for hurting him. I uploaded his picture with a caption that did not reflect the situation. The picture was taken of a terror attack that Yair prevented as village security officer; his action didn't create violence but prevented it. I didn't think the caption would be interpreted as blaming him for violence. I apologize from the bottom of my heart and ask forgiveness," Raz tweeted.
