In a post on Twitter, Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu thanked US Special Envoy to the Middle East Jason Greenblatt for his service.
"I wish to thank Jason Greenblatt for his work for peace and security and for speaking the truth about Israel in front of all those who bash it," He wrote on Twitter.
