The Central District Attorney's Office filed an indictment on Thursday morning with Central District Court, charging 36-year-old Kfir Attia of Netanya with aggravated murder in last month's death of 73-year-old money-changer David Agayev in Netanya.
In addition, the defendant is charged with violating a lawful order, driving without a valid driver’s license and resisting arrest.
