The elections for the 22nd Knesset began in Israeli diplomatic missions around the world, Wednesday evening (Israel Time).
The first to vote was Israel's ambassador to Wellington, New Zealand, Doctor Itzhak Gerberg. Polling stations have been placed in 97 representative offices in 77 countries, and more than 5,000 Israeli voters are expected to vote.
