UN Secretary General urges calm amid northern border tensions

UN Secretary-General Stefan Dobrik addressed tensions on the northern border: "The Secretary-General is very concerned about the incidents on the Israeli-Lebanon border, calls for maximum restraint, and urges all parties involved to cease all actions that violate UN resolution 1701 or that could endanger the calm."
