Raphael Advanced Combat Systems Limited and businessman Avichai Stolero have completed the acquisition of the Aeronautics Group, following a report on the process by Aeronautics to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Following the move, Rafael will create and develop unmanned platforms for the first time, a move that is expected to expand the company's capabilities and sales.
