Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said, Tuesday morning, "We will continue negotiations on the nuclear agreement with other parties," against the backdrop of talks with France.
Rouhani threatened, "If the contacts do not produce results by Thursday, we will take the third step to reduce our commitments to the agreement."
