Al-Hayat reports that French President Emmanuel Macron spoke yesterday with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US officials.
The talks took place following the request of Lebanese Prime Minister Sa'ad al-Hariri from Macron's adviser to prevent escalation.
