The State Prosecutor's Office has informed Shaul Elovitch, former controlling shareholder of the Bezeq Group, as well as other senior officers of the Group and Yes Company during the relevant period, that it is considering indictments subject to a hearing, in the Bezeq securities case.
They are suspected of receiving by fraud under aggravated circumstances, corporate fraud and breach of trust and reporting offenses under the Securities Act. A similar message was also sent to several companies in the Eurocom Group which was under Elovitch's control at the time of the suspicions.
