Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid Al-Khalifa of Bahrain has attacked Lebanon's government for its inaction against Hezbollah, standing alongside Israel.
Al-Khalifa said, "Attacking one country against another is prohibited by international law. When a state watches battles within its borders that endanger its residents and does nothing, it is irresponsibility on the part of that state."
