Israeli Lonah Chemtai Salpeter won Holland's Tilburg Ten Miles race on Sunday with a time of 30 minutes and four seconds, the best time for the event in the world this year.
The time cut 17 seconds off the European record set by Britain's Paula Radcliffe in 2003.
