A-Sharq al-Awsat reports Hamas is blaming the Palestinian Authority security forces for operating "rogue activists" in the spirit of ISIS who planned the suicide bombings against Hamas police in Gaza last week.
According to the report, this is a 12-person squad made up of former operatives in the Islamic Jihad's military wing.
