In a post on Twitter, MK Rabbi Rafi Peretz (Yemina) responded to the chairman of the Democratic Union Party Mk Nitzan Horowitz, writing:
"Nitzan, if you did half of what I did for the State of Israel, you would have the right to speak. while you were submitting programs on the radio, I rescued wounded soldiers at Sultan Yacoub and on the Beirut-Damascus Road. You are privileged and arrogant and only spread hatred against everything connected with Judaism and tradition."
