MK Issawi Frej (Democratic Camp) responded to the advertisement seeking to recruit workers for election day who had completed full military service.
"The military service doesn't really care about recruitment ad advertisers for Election Day, for them it's just a way of avoiding providing work first and foremost for the Arabs and the Haredim, too," says Frej.
"Thank you to the Civil Rights Movement who contacted the Chairman and the Election Commission for a demand to remove the ad. Judge Meltzer would do well if he not only acted to remove the ad, but stopped the election committee's engagement with that racist workforce company.
Earlier it was reported that the Association for Civil Rights had approached Election Commission Chairman Hanan Meltzer demanding the removal of a necessary notice for inspectors on Election Day, due to the demand that candidates be after full military service.
