Paraglider crashes on cliff near Arsuf; two trapped

A paraglider with two parachuters crashed on a cliff near Arsuf.

Paramedics arriving at the scene report two casualties trapped on the cliff, at this time without access. A military helicopter was scrambled to the scene.
