A young man was pulled out of the water on Tuesday at the Tel Dor Beach, close to the Tel Dor archaeological site and Kibbutz Nachsholim.
United Hatzalah volunteer emergency medical technician Hani Fachama, who was one of the first responders to perform CPR on the young man, said, "At the time he was rescued he had no pulse and was not breathing. I together with other EMS volunteers performed CPR On the young man. After receiving initial treatment in the field he was taken to the hospital while still undergoing CPR and in critical condition."
