Forty therapists and other staff at the Choshen Resilience Center in Sderot, who work around the clock with dedication and help the victims of psychological trauma after attacks, have not received salaries regularly for eight months, according to Channel 12 News.
The problem has been attributed to delays and bureaucratic complications in transferring funds from a budget that comes from the Ministry of Health. External vendors as facilitators and therapists of training and therapeutic groups at the center are also being paid months late. The ministry cited various administrative issues but said advances were paid to the association that runs the center.
