In response to Prime Minster Netanyahu’s announcement that he has approved 300 housing units in the Binyamin community of Dolev, following last Friday’s murderous terror attack which claimed the life of Rina Shnerb of blessed memory, Gush Etzion Regional Council Head Shlomo Ne’eman said:
“We praise the Prime Minister on the necessary step of expanding building in Dolev. The true blow to terror is building and sovereignty. It pains us that Jews need to be murdered in order for us to be able to build and expand communities. It’s important to understand that sovereignty and settling the land will prevent the next attack. Construction and growth along with severe punishment are key to restoring deterrence."
