The various authorities in the north have issued a notice to residents that "In light of rumors on the security situation, we found it appropriate to clarify and emphasize that the civilian area is under complete routine and there are no special guidelines," according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
The notice continued, "At the same time we are in continuous contact with the security forces and if relevant guidelines and updates, another notice will be issued."
